Technician

About The Role

CBRE EXCELLERATE is seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Technicians with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and technical operations. The successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of our facilities in Rabat.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems with high expertise and autonomy.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
* Mentor and guide junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with the maintenance planning team to provide accurate information on equipment status and maintenance needs.
* Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records in CMMS systems.
* Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards during maintenance activities.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and maintenance processes.
* Participate in technical audits, inspections, and commissioning activities as required.
* Assist in training and developing new team members and apprentices.

Key Tasks

* Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on facility systems and equipment.
* Conduct root cause analysis of recurring issues and recommend solutions.
* Maintain spare parts inventory and report on material needs.
* Prepare detailed maintenance reports and documentation.
* Liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical problems.
* Adhere strictly to company and regulatory safety procedures.

Experience

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as a technician in facilities maintenance or a related technical field.

Skills

Advanced troubleshooting and repair skills in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals. Proficient in using CMMS software for maintenance documentation.

Knowledge

In-depth understanding of industrial maintenance standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
