Planner

About The Role

CBRE EXCELLERATE is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planner to support maintenance scheduling and coordination across our Rabat sites using the CMMS system. This is an excellent opportunity for a freshly graduated engineer or an experienced technician looking to grow in maintenance planning and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in using the CMMS system to schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
* Support maintenance teams and contractors by coordinating work orders and ensuring timely execution.
* Help maintain accurate maintenance records and update schedules to improve efficiency.
* Monitor equipment status and maintenance history in the CMMS to support decision-making.
* Assist in inventory tracking and notify the team when spare parts need replenishment.
* Prepare basic reports on maintenance activities and work order status for supervisors.
* Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines during all planning and coordination activities.

Key Tasks

* Create and update maintenance schedules using the CMMS software under supervision.
* Generate and assign work orders, track progress, and assist in closing completed tasks.
* Support data analysis efforts to identify maintenance trends and recommend improvements.
* Coordinate communication between maintenance staff, suppliers, and clients as needed.
* Assist with safety checks and ensure compliance with HSE standards in planned activities.

Education

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar) or equivalent technical diploma.

Experience

Fresh graduate with internship experience or 1-2 years as a maintenance technician/planner.

Skills

Basic knowledge of CMMS software or eagerness to learn. Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge

Understanding of maintenance processes and mechanical/electrical systems is a plus.
