To strengthen our team at our plant at MEKNES , we are looking for a Technical Deputy Manager .

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, and oversee maintenance and repair activities for production equipment, facilities, and utilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Lead and support maintenance teams by coordinating troubleshooting activities, providing technical guidance, and implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize production downtime.

• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including work order generation, maintenance scheduling, and analysis of recurring equipment failures.

• Supervise equipment installation, relocation, and technical modifications while ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

• Manage maintenance documentation and resources, including technical manuals, tools, spare parts inventory, and coordination of external contractors for facility maintenance.

• Ensure operational performance, quality, and safety by collaborating with Engineering, Production, Quality, and HSE departments, and by participating in regulatory audits and inspections.

• Direct overall maintenance operations, including budget planning, workforce and resource allocation, team development, and the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate’s Profile:

• Master's degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in a Technical, Maintenance, or Equipment role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.

• Strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
