Role Description The Technicien hygiéniste is a full-time, responsible for implementing hygiene and pest control solutions at client locations. Daily tasks include conducting site inspections, identifying pest and hygiene issues, applying approved treatment methods, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role involves preparing and using equipment and products according to established procedures, documenting interventions, and reporting findings and recommendations to supervisors and clients. The Technicien hygiéniste also provides basic advice to clients on preventive measures, supports disinfection operations, and helps maintain inventory and condition of materials and tools. This position requires regular travel within the Moroccan cities to serve a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in hygiene services, basic disinfection procedures, and safe handling of pest control products.

• Ability to conduct on-site assessments, identify pest-related risks, and apply appropriate treatment techniques.

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations related to hygiene and pest control, with a focus on eco-responsible practices.

• Good communication skills to interact with clients, explain interventions, and provide clear preventive advice.

• Capacity to work independently on the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to different work environments and schedules.

• Attention to detail in recording interventions, completing service reports, and following operational procedures.

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, use equipment safely, and work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions.

• Previous experience in hygiene, cleaning, pest control, or facility services is an asset; relevant technical training or certification is preferred.

• Driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client visits are beneficial.
