Key Responsibilities:
1. Pre-sales & After-sales Technical Support (Fast Response)
Respond promptly to technical inquiries from customers, distributors, and installers via phone, email, or online platforms or onsite support. Provide product selection advice, system design guidance, and compatibility checks during the pre-sales phase. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to inverters (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid) and lithium battery storage systems. Coordinate with R&D and QA teams to resolve complex failures and provide timely feedback to customers. Create and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions in multiple languages (English & Arabic).
2. Customer Training
Develop and deliver technical training sessions (online and onsite) for customers, installers, and distributors. Train end-users and partners on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of inverters & ESS. Prepare training materials including presentations, hands-on guides, and video tutorials in both English and Arabic. Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training content based on customer feedback.
3. Arabic Documentation Development Translate, localize, and maintain technical documents in Arabic, including: Ensure all Arabic documentation is technically accurate, culturally appropriate, and easy to understand. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to keep documentation aligned with product updates.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant work experience in the PV or electrical industry.
Proficient in English, Arabic, and French for daily business communication.
Strong electrical background with proficiency in AutoCAD and PV system design and support.
