**Position Overview: **

Responsible for training in the Morocco market and surrounding Northern Africa markets (Tunisia,Libya) As an L2 after-sales technical support staff member, responded quickly to customer issues which cannot be solved by distributor technical team and feedback to Chinese Engineer in time. collecting pre-sales customer needs and relayed them to the product and R&D departments to optimize the product.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-sales & After-sales Technical Support (Fast Response) Respond promptly to technical inquiries from customers, distributors, and installers via phone, email, or online platforms or onsite support. Provide product selection advice, system design guidance, and compatibility checks during the pre-sales phase.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to inverters (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid) and lithium battery storage systems. Coordinate with R&D and QA teams to resolve complex failures and provide timely feedback to customers. Create and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions in multiple languages (English & Arabic).
3. Customer Training Develop and deliver technical training sessions (online and onsite) for customers, installers, and distributors. Train end-users and partners on installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of inverters & ESS. Prepare training materials including presentations, hands-on guides, and video tutorials in both English and Arabic. Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training content based on customer feedback.
4. Arabic Documentation Development Translate, localize, and maintain technical documents in Arabic, including: Ensure all Arabic documentation is technically accurate, culturally appropriate, and easy to understand. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to keep documentation aligned with product updates.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters.
3. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems.
4. Hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar string inverters.
5. Strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles as applied to solar PV systems.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
7. Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support and commissioning (up to 70% travel may be required).
