About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to join our site in Zgounder, located in the south of Morocco. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a strong health, safety, and environmental culture while ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment policies and procedures on site
* Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
* Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace audits
* Lead incident investigations and prepare corrective action plans
* Monitor hazardous materials handling and storage practices
* Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training sessions
* Support emergency preparedness and response activities
* Maintain HSE records, reports, and compliance documentation
* Promote continuous improvement initiatives and a positive safety culture

Profile Required

* 2 to 4 years of experience in HSE within industrial, operational, or laboratory environments
* Strong knowledge of:
* ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
* Risk assessment methodologies
* Incident investigation processes
* Occupational safety standards in high-risk environments
* Excellent communication, reporting, and training skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in operational environments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
