Technical SEO & Growth Analyst

We’re now hiring a Junior Technical SEO & Growth Analyst to join our on-premise team in Casablanca. You’ll bring at least 1 year of hands-on experience helping scale websites through technical and programmatic SEO. This is an opportunity to deepen your expertise alongside senior engineers, analysts, and AI specialists on high-impact, data-driven growth initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

* Contribute to the execution of technical SEO roadmaps across crawl optimization, internal linking, sitemaps, and metadata
* Support the setup and monitoring of scalable programmatic SEO templates and content structures
* Run audits using tools like Screaming Frog, GSC, PageSpeed Insights, and flag actionable opportunities
* Help manage structured data (schema) implementation and performance
* Analyze log files and crawling patterns using tools such as OnCrawl or Google BigQuery
* Participate in GenAI-enabled SEO workflows, including content gap analysis and SERP feature tracking
* Collaborate with content, engineering, and AI teams to deliver improvements tied to growth KPIs
* Build dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, GA4, or basic Python/SQL queries
* Keep tabs on SERP evolution, algorithm updates, and AI-driven search trends

What We're Looking For

* 1–2 years of experience in technical SEO or scaling websites (e.g., programmatic SEO, marketplaces, or large content sites)
* Proficient with tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, GA4, and PageSpeed Insights
* Exposure to structured data, crawl optimization, and indexability best practices
* Some hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, JavaScript rendering, or performance debugging
* Bonus: Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Looker Studio for analysis/reporting
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Excellent communication in English and/or French
* Casablanca-based and available to work on-site full-time
