AI Testing Engineer

Key Role:

As a Data Test Engineer, you will be responsible for validating the performance, effectiveness, and robustness of AI models, with a particular focus on responsible and ethical aspects. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our data products meet high-quality standards and align with our organizational values.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with teams to ensure that test results meet defined requirements.
* Develop a comprehensive testing strategy and scenarios that cover all product functionalities.
* Establish processes and testing methods to validate produced data.
* Monitor and share quality indicators to maintain high standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

You will work closely with various teams, including technical and business units, to drive quality and ensure the success of our data products.

Required Profile:

Soft Skills:

Technical Skills:

Domain:

* Familiarity with agile testing methodologies, ISTQB guidelines, and a solid understanding of Data/AI (both generative and non-generative).

Programming:

* Proficiency in Python and associated libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Generative AI:

* In-depth knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Agentic systems, and Large Language Models (LLM).

AI Frameworks:

* Experience with Langchain, Langgraph, or equivalent frameworks.

Testing Tools:

* Familiarity with Giskard, RAGAS, Deep-Eval, or similar solutions for model evaluation.
