Position Overview

As a Technical Project Manager-Intermediate you lead and manage projects and initiatives in support of IT’s global objectives. You plan, organize and control resources, procedures and timing to deliver projects. You drive timely progress of project deliverables and project cost-effectiveness. You provide technical guidance, remove roadblocks and ensure quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project delivery including: analysis and design, configuration and build, testing/training, and deployment of solutions.

• Establish project milestones, timelines and resources for medium/high complexity projects

• Monitor progress of assigned task, cost-effectiveness & risks, removing roadblocks where required

• Manage project financials (revenue and cost forecasting, margin management) & procurement

• Develop business cases and corresponding budget approval; perform monthly budget reporting

• Work with TI’s business units and IT to deliver technical solutions in the form of new and enhanced capabilities.

• Ability to lead others to solve complex problems, using sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project management for IT

• University student, under-graduate in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, IT or related career

• Certification: ITIL V4 foundation or Lean Six Sigma; PMP Certification is a plus

• B2 oral and written English
