Job Summary

The Cross Carline Powertrain Program Manager reports directly to Cross Carline Head.

She/He is highly contributor of the PWT (Powertrain) long and short terms roadmap for MEA and PWT line-up per vehicle (all carlines, all brands).

Ensures that all the MEA markets could get the adapted PWT and Product offers with the good quality level, according to their needs (vs regulations, customer needs, competitors offers, government incentives, CNZ, CO2, fuel quality, very hot countries …. ).

She/He prepared bulletin preforms, participates to the investigation follow-up meetings, and contributes to synthesis preparation for decisions, working closely with the corporate Directions (PLAN, PPPL), RPLN/Product & Vehicle team, MEA markets.

She/He prepares and could present the synthesis to the MEA RPLN for information / decisions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contributes highly to the Long Term PWT roadmap: Defining which MEA markets are not covered by the Stellantis PWT programs and asking for adapted PWT for specific constraints and building synthesis with the product team (volumes, GCR, project scoring).

• Average – short term PWT coverage: identification of the lacks in the current Stellantis offers for the MEA markets, also Stellantis developments not compatible with the MEA Markets and constraints (Fuel quality, Very hot countries, specific regulations for Algeria) leading to ask for bulletins and pushing investigations for decisions. High implication for preparing and follow-up the bulletin investigations and synthesis with the product support (volumes, GCR, project scoring, planning, … ).

• Acts as a technical leader to orient and challenge Corporate teams during bulletin investigations to optimize the planning, performances, TPC, expenses.

• Contributes to the construction of the 4P update with PPPL/PLAN/ VPL and Product team

• Contributes to the optimization and simplification of the PWT line-up for complexity reduction.

• Makes synthesis and presents them to the RPLN Director, Brands, Markets, … and contributes to the preparation of the Governances (MEA RPC/ GPC2/GPAC …)

• Could represent Cross Carline at Monthly meetings with the Brands and the Markets, MEA Project meetings,

Qualifications

• Education: Engineering related fields (Mechanics, powertrain, general)

• Work Experience: 10-15 years in PWT projects / programs

• Language: English, French is advantage

• Powertrain (functional, engine development, … ), adaptations, quality,

• Regulations, CNZ, CAFÉ CO2

• Good skill in Excel

• Nice to have: Product, Marketing, Sales, TPC, After sales, …

• Ability to organize meetings, to prepare synthesis and to present at high level, ability to orient decisions, ability to understand difficult topics and make short synthesis.

• Personal Traits: synthesis ability, good relationship, dynamic, takes initiatives, positive mindset, integrity, quality and customer oriented.

• Specialized Knowledge & Certifications: preparation and managing meetings.
