🌟 Technical Engineer – Technology and development Department | Jorf Lasfar, Morocco

COBCO is looking for a passionate Technical Engineer to join our Precursor Technology Department in Jorf Lasfar.

This position is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career engineers eager to grow in an innovative industrial environment.

About the Role

As a Technical Engineer, you will support the development, improvement, and monitoring of production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and innovation in our precursor technology operations.

You will work closely with the Senior Technical Engineer and collaborate with production, quality, and equipment teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in process design and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Conduct process inspections, record findings, and follow up on corrective actions.
* Analyze product abnormalities and propose effective corrective and preventive measures.
* Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation, such as process sheets and reports.
* Assist in technical validation and raw material certification projects.
* Support cross-functional teams through training and technical guidance.

Profile We’re Looking For

* Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or technical engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in R&D or production processes are welcome.

* Skills:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Basic proficiency in Excel and statistical tools (Minitab is a plus).
* Understanding of production process principles and quality tools.

* Other Requirements:

* Willingness to work occasional night shifts.
* Based in or ready to relocate to Jorf Lasfar.
* Can be considered for a final-year internship leading to employment.
