Tech Project Manager @ LAEDX Digital Studio

Laedx Digital Studio is looking for a Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact digital and AI-driven projects. If you're passionate about technology, team leadership, and working on cutting-edge solutions — we want to hear from you.

* Your Mission:

As a Project Manager, you will be the key link between our stakeholders and our tech team. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between frontend/backend developers and AI engineers.

* You Should Be Proficient In:

Django / Python

React / JS frameworks

Fullstack development concepts

Understanding of AI/ML integrations

APIs, CI/CD, Git workflows

* Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full project lifecycles

Communicate with clients, gather requirements, and turn them into actionable plans

Assign tasks and support developers across backend, frontend, and AI teams

Track project progress, ensure delivery timelines and quality standards

Report directly to the Head of Tech & Delivery

* What We’re Looking For:

Strong technical background (fullstack or AI/ML experience preferred)

Excellent organizational & communication skills

Proven experience managing developers & tech sprints

A proactive mindset with attention to both people and product

Fluent in English (French is a plus)
