About the Role

We’re looking for Talent Acquisition & Business Development Manager to lead our bilingual recruitment efforts and business development efforts. This is a high-impact, hands-on role ideal for someone with strong recruitment experience and an interest in business development, marketing, and operations.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Client Delivery:

* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
* Participate in client and prospect meetings to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
* Post and manage job listings across various platforms integrating into our ATS.
* Source bilingual candidates (French & English) across Canada, Morocco and other global pools.
* Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
* Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and updates in our ATS
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience at all stages
* Support offer negotiations and handover to HR/onboarding


Business Development:

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
* Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate leads
* Plan and execute outbound lead generation campaigns, including email campaigns
* Qualify leads and convert them into client opportunities through consultative selling.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
* Represent the company at industry networking events and client meetings.
* Negotiate service agreements and manage client onboarding.


Who You Are

* Fully bilingual in French and English
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency experience is a plus)
* Background or interest in sales and account manager
* Comfortable working in a startup environment and wearing multiple hats
* Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
* Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
* University degree in business, HR, communications, or a related field
