Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive the growth of our company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and establishing strong relationships with prospective customers. Your focus will be on generating revenue and achieving sales targets while promoting our products or services.


Qualifications

* Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
* Experience in HR companies, or services companies- Staffing companies!
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
* Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Experience with working with the French market
* Self-motivated and result-driven, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
* Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to adapt them to various situations.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for efficient pipeline management.
* High level of French and English - MUST
