Are you a systems Administrator professional with a passion for maintaining robust, secure, and efficient systems? We are seeking a talented Systems Administrator to join our dynamic team in Sala al Jadida, Morocco. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a leading company in the Information Technology sector, where your expertise will be essential to ensuring the seamless operation of our infrastructure. Your primary mission will be to ensure the optimal performance, availability, and security of our IT systems and infrastructure. You will work across virtualization, automation, cloud environments, and cybersecurity to maintain a stable and scalable ecosystem that supports our day-to-day operations and long-term strategic objectives. Through proactive system management, rigorous security practices, and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you will contribute directly to business continuity and service excellence.

In this role, you will be entrusted with diverse and impactful responsibilities that ensure the integrity and reliability of our technical foundation. You will manage virtualized infrastructures, automate system tasks, support enterprise messaging platforms, and reinforce our security posture. You will also handle backup and authentication systems, investigate vulnerabilities, and coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex issues and maintain operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage and configure Virtual Server Environments (VSphere 7+)

• Ansible Automation

• MS Exchange

• Azure, AWS or GCS certification or application support

• Implement and manage Windows/Linux environments to ensure high availability

• Develop and administer security policies and procedures

• Develop and administer NetBackup and RSA

• Manage user authentication and security on the network

• Vulnerability Investigation and Remediation

• Engage with 3rd party vendors on product support issues and escalation procedures.

To excel in this role, you will rely on a strong technical foundation and several years of hands-on experience across key infrastructure domains. The position requires a deep understanding of virtualization technologies, systems administration, automation frameworks, and patch management. Your ability to operate confidently within both Windows and Unix environments, support ESXi infrastructure, and automate operational tasks will be essential to maintaining a secure, scalable, and high-availability ecosystem. In addition to your technical expertise, strong communication skills especially in French and English are crucial for collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and global stakeholders.
