Looking for an Exceptional Swimming Teacher for a Toddler

We are seeking a unique, patient, and highly intuitive swimming teacher to work with our toddler in a supportive and comfortable environment.

This is not a traditional swim instruction role. We are looking for someone who goes beyond standard techniques and genuinely understands how to build a child’s confidence, comfort, and natural connection with water from an early age.

What we are looking for:

An experienced swimming teacher or aquatic educator for toddlers

Someone who creates a calm, positive, and trusting atmosphere

Able to adapt lessons based on the child’s personality, pace, and comfort level

Patient, observant, and emotionally intelligent

Comfortable teaching in a gentle and child-centered way rather than using pressure or rigid methods

Encourages confidence, independence, and enjoyment in the water

Approach to learning:

Child-led and trust-based

Focus on water confidence, safety, and natural progression

Encourages comfort, exploration, and enjoyment rather than forcing performance

Uses play, communication, and engaging interaction as teaching tools

Requirements:

Experience working with toddlers is very important

Strong communication and listening skills

Gentle, respectful, calm, and engaging personality

Ability to build trust and a natural connection with the child

Knowledge of water safety and age-appropriate swimming techniques

The ideal candidate is someone who truly understands young children, respects their pace, and helps them develop confidence and a positive relationship with water.
