JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
The Supply Planning Leader for the MEA region is responsible for driving supply planning strategies and execution to ensure product availability, optimize inventory levels, and align supply with demand across diverse markets. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth, operational excellence, and the successful implementation of new supply chain initiatives.

Qualifications :
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
* Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning or supply chain roles, preferably in a multinational environment.
* Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus
* Preferred Skills & Abilities: Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
* Personal Traits: Excellent analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and leadership capabilities.
* Specialized Knowledge & Certifications: Strong knowledge of planning tools (e.g., OSS, MES, Corail, Digital KD, advanced Excel)
Mobility: Occasional international travel
