We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Logistics Assistant to support our Brand Specialists in their daily activities. This role will be at the crossroads of sales administration, logistics coordination, and client relations, ensuring smooth execution of processes from order entry to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration (ADV) Support
* Enter and process Broker orders in the system.
* Ensure the administrative follow-up of orders: monitor progress, guarantee deadlines are respected.
* Facilitate clear communication between internal departments (Brand Specialists, Technical, Logistics, ADV, Accounting, Country BUs).
* Prepare and edit all necessary documentation for Broker maintenance contracts in Salesforce.
Buyback Support
* Manage the logistics of Buybacks: transport quotations, organization of pick-ups.
* Handle commercial and phone correspondence with clients and partners (in French and English).
* Update reception schedules and coordinate with reception and audit teams.
* Enter purchase orders and manage related documentation.
* Create and send destruction certificates and ensure proper waste follow-up.
