🔍 What You’ll Do

* Build and maintain a reliable supply plan aligned with demand, capacity, and inventory targets
* Collaborate closely with Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality to ensure flawless execution
* Monitor MPS feasibility, schedule adherence, and planning KPIs to drive continuous improvement
* Manage exceptions, analyze root causes, and adjust plans to maintain service levels
* Support the S&OP process by providing accurate supply inputs and scenario analysis
* Balance supply vs. demand during constraints, abnormal demand, or supply disruptions

🎓 What You Bring

* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or in relevant fields
* 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics, or manufacturing
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making & problem solving
* High proficiency in Excel/Access and planning systems (ERP/MRP)
* Bonus: Advanced degree or specialization in Supply Chain or Business
