About the Role :

The Wiring Harness Sub System Technical leader is responsible for leading the end-to-end development of wiring harness systems within vehicle programs. The role ensures the successful design, validation, and industrialization of wiring harnesses and their components while meeting project objectives in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP).

Key Responsibilities :

* Coordinate and manage interactions between:
* Stellantis plants (production, quality, logistics)
* Wiring harness suppliers
* Technical teams (2D/3D wiring harness and mechanical component designers)
* Lead the development, validation, integration, and qualification of wiring harnesses and components
* Manage suppliers
* Ensure compliance with QCDP objectives (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) and Project reporting and progress tracking
* Manage designers and development engineers (Scheduling and deliverables tracking )
* Guarantee product and process maturity in line with project expectations
* Handle risks and critical issues
* Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing engineering standards through feedback and lessons learned

Candidate Profile :

Education

Master’s degree in Engineering (Bac +5 or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics /Industrial Engineering

Experience :

Minimum 10 years of experience in: Wiring harness engineering

Project management (R&D, industrialization, wiring harness manufacturing)

Required Skills

Technical Skills :

* Strong expertise in Wiring harnesses, connectors, and component design specifications
* Good knowledge of automotive electrical and electronic architecture
* Proficiency in supplier relationship management
* Project management:
* QCDP monitoring and synthesis
* Reporting
* Risk management and escalation

Soft Skills :

* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Autonomous, analytical, organized, and responsive
* Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to work with diverse stakeholders

Languages : French: Fluent / English: Fluent / Arabic: Fluent / Spanish or German: A plus

The candidate must be available for frequent national and international travel to supplier sites and Stellantis plants to support project development, validation, industrialization, and coordination activities.
