Your Main Responsibilities

* Manage export operations from order confirmation to shipment delivery.
* Coordinate with international customers, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
* Prepare and monitor export documentation and shipping processes.
* Ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
* Follow up on shipment schedules and delivery timelines.
* Support smooth communication between production, logistics, supply chain, and clients.

Profile

* Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
* Experience in export/logistics/customer service.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Fluent in English and French.
* Comfortable working in a multinational industrial environment.
