Education:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or HVAC Engineering.
📌 Experience:

7+ years of experience in chiller maintenance for luxury facilities, five-star hotels, industrial plants, or corporate buildings.
Strong knowledge of centrifugal, screw, and absorption chillers (Trane, Carrier, York, Daikin, etc.).
Experience in chilled water systems, cooling towers, pumps, and heat exchangers.
Proficiency in BMS operation, PLC controls, and automation for HVAC systems.
💡 Skills & Certifications:
✅ Certified HVAC & Chiller Technician (ASHRAE, EPA 608, or equivalent preferred).
✅ Proficiency in HVAC diagnostics tools, thermography, and vibration analysis.
✅ Familiarity with smart cooling and energy-efficient technologies.
✅ Strong troubleshooting and leadership skills.
✅ Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of chiller systems in a high-profile facility.
✅ Ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency of chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC components.
✅ Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for centrifugal, absorption, screw, and scroll chillers.
✅ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related faults in chiller units and take corrective actions.
✅ Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, SASO, and Saudi Building Code (SBC 501) standards.
✅ Monitor and adjust chiller plant control systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS).
✅ Optimize cooling loads, refrigerant levels, and pressure settings for maximum efficiency.
✅ Supervise and train HVAC technicians and chiller plant operators to maintain system reliability.
✅ Maintain detailed logs, technical reports, and performance records for all chiller equipment.
✅ Ensure environmental safety and refrigerant handling compliance under EPA and Saudi environmental regulations.
