Job Description

* Processes purchase requisitions for direct material (production material)
* Creates parts and order details in ERP system
* Checks MRP results and sends forecasts, call offs, spot, single orders to the supplier.
* Tracks supplier deliveries, identify bottlenecks and escalate risk of shortages
* Maintains order-relevant master data in the ERP system, triggered by internal change notifications from the parts management system
* Develops and maintains regular contact with suppliers
* Supports the inventory process of production material for the local ERP system
* Ensures the accuracy of supplier and article master data and reports discrepancies to the relevant departments
* Supports LEONI production plants in the procurement of direct material
* Initiates shipping of direct material

Qualifications

* Level of Education: Master’s degree (BAC+5)
* Branch Of Study: Supply chain management, Logistics management.
* Experience : 1 year minimum.
* Language : French and English are mandatory
