Job Description

* Drives delivery of training services as defined in department or team scope and yearly operational department or team plans
* Manages and monitors induction trainings incl. planning, logistics, training conduction, data collection, evaluations, reports
* Supports regular and needs based training needs analysis and elaboration of suitable training programs
* Develops, sets-up and conducts trainings in defined areas incl. training curriculum definition, training content and material creation, conduction and monitoring
* Provides advice and subject matter expertise in the area of training, within HR community and towards the business
* Ensures adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks

Qualifications

* Degree: Master’s degree in Human Resources
* Experience: Working experience is required.
* French language, fluently spoken and writing.
