Role Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media marketing campaigns, optimizing the brand’s digital presence across search engines, and running paid online ads. This role requires expertise in social media management, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO, with the goal of maximizing brand visibility and engagement, driving quality leads, and achieving conversions.

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:

* Create and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that align with brand objectives.
* Manage the content calendar and create engaging, relevant content.
* Interact with the digital community by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries.
* Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.

1. Digital Advertising:

* Plan and manage Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns aimed at driving conversions.
* Regularly optimize campaigns to improve return on investment (ROI) and reduce cost per click (CPC).
* Develop targeted audiences and conduct A/B testing to enhance ad performance.

1. SEO and Search Engine Optimization:

* Develop SEO strategies to increase the website’s visibility in search engines.
* Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve rankings.
* Monitor and improve site speed, user experience (UX), and other technical aspects impacting SEO.

1. Analytics and Reporting:

* Measure and analyze the performance of all digital and social media campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
* Use tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to understand user behavior and refine strategies as needed.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in social media management, SEO, and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
* Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights.
* Ability to create visually engaging and brand-oriented text and visual content.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
* Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
