Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Manager Intern passionate about digital marketing, social media strategy, and content management.

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on real client accounts, contribute to social media growth strategies, and gain hands-on agency experience.

Responsibilities

* Assist in creating monthly content calendars
* Research trends, competitors, and industry insights
* Help define content pillars and campaign ideas
* Support social media strategy development
* Coordinate content planning and scheduling
* Prepare publishing schedules
* Upload and schedule posts across platforms
* Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
* Assist in maintaining brand tone and consistency

Reporting & Analytics /Campaign Support

* Track social media KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, CTR, etc.)
* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
* Analyze content performance and suggest improvements
* Assist with campaign launches and promotional activities
* Participate in brainstorming sessions

Profile Required

* Background in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing
* Strong interest in social media and digital trends
* Proficiency in using CapCut.
* Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Good knowledge of analytics/reporting
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Creative mindset with strong communication skills
* Good English and French communication skills
