About the Role
Are you a creative chameleon who can design a stunning Instagram carousel one minute and edit a high-engagement Reel the next? Do you love blending traditional design mastery with the cutting-edge power of AI?

We are looking for a versatile Content Creator (Graphic & Video) to join the team on a part-time basis. You will be the creative engine behind our social media presence, turning ideas into scroll-stopping visuals. Bonus: We are growing fast, and for the right person, this role is explicitly positioned to transition into a full-time position down the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content: Design and produce high-quality graphic images, carousel posts, and engaging short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).

• Video Editing: Script, pace, and edit video content with seamless transitions, captions, and audio sync.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all social media platforms.

• AI Integration: Leverage next-gen AI tools to speed up workflows, generate assets, and experiment with new content formats.

Technical Toolkit Requirements
To excel in this role, you must be proficient in—and have access to—the following tools:

Category Required Software & Tools Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Video Editing & Motion Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut

AI Creative Tools: Kling 3.0, Nano Banana 2, ChatGPT Image 2.0 (DALL-E Integration)

Note on AI Tools: We aren't just looking for someone who knows how to type a prompt. You should have a genuine understanding of how to steer these specific AI models to get high-quality, professional, and branded outputs.
Requirements & Qualifications

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design (layouts, typography, carousels) and video editing (Reels, pacing, engaging hooks).

• Deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and algorithms.

• Ability to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and hit deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Excitement about the future of AI in creative industries.

Growth & Compensation

• Current Status: Part-Time (Hours to be discussed/flexible based on content calendar).

• The Future: This role is designed to scale into a Full-Time position as our content needs and brand footprint expand.
