Role Description
One of our clients is looking for a Shopify Admin to support daily ecommerce operations and site management for a high-growth Shopify Plus brand. This is a hands-on role suited to someone eager to grow their digital commerce skills—working across product updates, merchandising, promotions, and backend admin. You’ll work closely with the wider team to keep the site running smoothly and customer-ready.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily site updates: product uploads, tagging, collections on Shopify
* Support promotions, content updates, and seasonal merchandising
* Perform bulk edits using spreadsheets and CSVs
* Ensure product info is accurate and up-to-date
* Collaborate with the team to improve backend processes and documentation
Qualifications
* Basic understanding of Shopify (product uploads, tagging, collections)
* Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g. CSVs for bulk edits)
* Interest in e-commerce trends and best practices
* Ability to follow and improve internal workflows
* Organised, reliable, and responsive to feedback
* Good written communication and team collaboration skills
Nice-To-Have
* Experience with fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
* Familiarity with Klaviyo, Loop, or other e-commerce tools
* An interest in e-commerce trends and DTC growth strategies
