Skillcheck :

* Technician's diploma ( Bac+2) .
* Have a good sense of responsibility.
* Availability & flexibility.
* Minimum 2 years in Automotive industry.

Challengecheck :

* Organize all the activities of the operator teams and ensure the execution of the production.
* Maintain control and discipline in the production line.
* Ensure production compliance and improve the 5S.
* Participation in the CIP program through ideas for continuous improvement.
* Participate with ideas for CIP improvement of production activities and organizational activities in the continuous improvement program (The CIP Program) .
* Ensure the identification of raw material components at the production line .

*The candidate should be based in the Oriental Region.
