Main Responsibilities:
* Implement the Trade Marketing strategy in alignment with overall marketing and sales objectives.
* Develop and execute Trade Marketing action plans to support product launches and in-store promotions.
* Ensure brand visibility and proper execution of merchandising materials (POSM, displays, animations, etc.) in all retail channels.
* Coordinate with sales teams to guarantee flawless in-store execution.
* Manage the animation team: set performance targets, monitor execution, and ensure the achievement of objectives in terms of visibility, sales, and consumer engagement.
* Analyze the performance of Trade Marketing campaigns and propose improvement plans.
* Manage relationships with agencies (production, events, animation, etc.) and monitor the allocated budget.
* Prepare training materials for sales teams and brand promoters.
* Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities.
Profile Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Trade Marketing or Operational Marketing, ideally in FMCG or home appliances.
* Skills:
* Strong understanding of distribution channels and shopper behavior.
* Proven ability to manage and motivate field teams (animators/promoters).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and team spirit.
