* Have a great responsiveness to internal requests at the production level and to customer complaints.

#ChallengeCheck:
* Management of the Quality Production team .
* Hiring, training and performance follow-up of the Quality Production team.
* Guarantee the achievement of defined target (Customer complaints, Quality cost, Internal PPM, Scrap, …)
* Ensure the correct handling of the customer complaints (Respect of the response timing, Quality of the analysis of the issues, actions plans and effectiveness check follow-up).
* Ensure the correct processing of internal defect handling according to company standards.
* Participate in the handover of project transfer from pre-serial to serial phase.
* Analysis of quality and operational data to identify trends, risks, and quality improvement opportunities.
* Initiate, deliver and follow Quality Improvement plan to meet Customer and company expectations/targets.
* Participate and contribute to internal meetings (with different departments), Escalation meetings with customers and HQ.
* Participate and contribute to internal and external audits.
