Senior Project Manager – NEO

We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large, high-visibility programs that drive transformation across the organization.

This role goes beyond task tracking — you’ll be orchestrating complex, multi-stream initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery against strategic goals. You’ll own the project lifecycle from scoping to closure, manage risk and budget, and serve as a key partner to executive stakeholders.

✅ Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact programs across multiple business units
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resources in alignment with strategic priorities
* Drive cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, finance, and executive teams
* Own risk, issue, and change management across all project phases
* Monitor and manage program budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
* Deliver executive-level reporting and participate in steering committees
* Lead process improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities
* Support and mentor project managers, contributing to a culture of excellence within the PMO
* Ensure project governance, compliance, and financial accuracy across initiatives
* Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business leaders to ensure clarity and accountability

🎯 Requirements
* 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure, complex environments
* Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile)
* Strong financial acumen — experience managing budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting
* Executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in project management tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Google Workspace, Looker, Gemini, SAP, Appian)
* University degree required; PMP and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
* Comfortable working across time zones (availability between 7am–9pm CST / 12pm–2am Casablanca time)
