We are now expanding our global project operations and seeking motivated professionals to support a multi-country MSME training initiative in North Africa.

💼 About the Role: Project Support Officer

We are looking for two Project Support Officers to provide organizational, technical and communication support for the implementation of a multinational MSME training initiative. You will play a key role in tracking translations, coordinating training schedules, ensuring alignment with marketing workflows, and supporting internal and external reporting processes.

🌟 Your Impact

● Ensure smooth execution of the training calendar across multiple countries.

● Track translation workflows and review content in Darija (Morocco) or MSA Arabic (Algeria).

● Coordinate with training, marketing, M&E teams and local partners.

● Monitor course development, learning platform content, and promotional materials.

● Track participant engagement and performance metrics.

● Produce clear and timely progress reports and meeting notes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Provide organizational, technical and communication support to the project implementation.
* Ensure training calendar execution and on-time delivery of project milestones.
* Coordinate with training, marketing, M&E teams and local partners.
* Track translation and revision processes (Darija / MSA depending on country).
* Review translated materials for quality and clarity.
* Monitor learning platform content and promotional materials.
* Track participation, engagement and performance indicators.
* Draft reports, meeting notes and operational documentation.
* Ensure high-quality documentation and data accuracy.

✨ What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Development Studies, or related fields.


Experience

* Minimum 3 years in project or program coordination, preferably in:
* Training or education projects
* Development programs
* Experience in communication or marketing workflows is a plus.
* Exposure to donor-funded or MSME-related projects is an asset.

Skills

* Strong organization, prioritization and follow-up discipline.
* Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Excellent written communication for reports and content review.
* Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, MS Teams).
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused.
* Basic understanding of marketing workflows.

Languages

* English (advanced)
* Morocco/Algeria: Arabic – Darija (advanced) or MSA (advanced)
