We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of a high-level football event. If you have a deep understanding of event management—from marketing to commercial strategy, vendor coordination, and logistics—and at least 5 years of experience in event or sports project management, this opportunity is for you!

Your Mission:

🔹 360° Event Management – Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept to post-event reporting.
🔹 Marketing & Commercial Strategy – Contribute to the promotion, sponsorships, and revenue generation strategy.
🔹 Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination – Manage relationships with sponsors, suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
🔹 Project Planning & Execution – Develop detailed roadmaps, manage resources, and ensure milestones are met.
🔹 Budget & Risk Management – Optimize costs while ensuring smooth and risk-free operations.
🔹 Operations & Logistics – Supervise on-the-ground execution, ensuring seamless event flow.
🔹 Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose improvements for future editions.

Your Profile:

✅ Senior-Level Expertise – Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager, preferably in sports or major events.
✅ Football & Event Passionate – Strong knowledge of football and its event ecosystem.
✅ Strategic & Operational – Able to drive high-level decision-making and handle hands-on execution.
✅ Bilingual (French & English) – Strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
✅ Available & Flexible – Open to working evenings (6 PM - 11 PM) and 3 days per week.
✅ Tech-Savvy – Mastery of project management tools (Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.).
