TLScontact is looking for an experienced project manager to drive the delivery of key Projects. Clients are from the public sector: ministries, consulates and Embassies and services are delivered worldwide.

Role and Responsibilities:

Close monitoring of Projects to ensure that we remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to plan

Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

Clarify specific requirements of project

Coordinate internal resources and third parties

Track the progress, report advancement and results, raise alerts if necessary

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Draft contracts, planning and specifications

Create and maintain project documentation

Communicate and coordinate with many teams across the world

Track Project performance

Meet budgetary objectives

Qualifications, Skills, and Educational requirements

At least 5 years’ experience on Project Management

Able to travel frequently or as required

Excellent communication and listening skills, negotiation skills

Cultural sensitivity and comfortable with a global and very diverse company

Very proficient in MS Office, especially skilled in MS Excel and Powerpoint

Excellent spoken and written English

Structured thinking and heavy attention to detail

Able to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously

Self-starter, takes ownership, and delivers with minimal supervision
