Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) located in Casablanca, Morocco. As a Senior PMO, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our most strategic initiatives:

* Lead planning, monitoring, and governance of AI and technology projects.
* Coordinate between technical teams (Data, ML, DevOps) and business stakeholders.
* Track project performance (timelines, budget, quality) and proactively manage risks.
* Define and implement delivery and reporting processes.
* Support clients in structuring and executing their AI roadmaps.

Qualifications

* At least 5 years of experience in project management (PMO, Project Manager, Delivery Manager…).
* Strong background in technology, data, or AI-related projects.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Professional proficiency in English; French and Arabic.
