Tasks and Duties:
* Identify the status and follow-up of the following PMI areas of knowledge, depending on the focus of the topic:
* Integration management (including change, configuration, and problem management)
* Schedule management (milestone planning and monitoring)
* Quality management (information security, data protection)
* Risk management
* Content and scope management (including requirements management)
* Cost management (including preparation of quotations, SAP project setting and tracking, CR management, earned value analysis, accounting, order tracking)
* Communication management (project communication and report coordination, internal and external)
* Procurement management
* Track quality assurance measures in cooperation with Project Responsible, APVs, and PQS
* Identify and track the status of the delivered items at APVs
* Responsible for the project management tasks defined with the Project Responsible
* Claim, consolidate, and track PM work results
Required Expertise:
* Proficiency in project management tools and methods
* Understanding of the development process of systems/software
* Basic knowledge of technical systems and functions (no specific technical domain)
* Basic knowledge of product creation processes and systems engineering
* Business knowledge
* Basic knowledge of PM(I) knowledge management
* Basic knowledge of requirements and configuration management
* Digital competence (Confluence, Jira)
* SAP and CRM systems
* Ability to work independently
* Strong organizational and coordination skills
* Good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
