Senior Operations and Merchandise Manager

Vogue Sourcing is looking for an experienced Senior Operations & Merchandise Manager to join our growing team, based in Morocco. This expat role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of our North African supply chain, overseeing operations and merchandise planning for key UK market clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage apparel production (CMT) operations
* Oversee end-to-end merchandising and delivery to UK customers
* Ensure production quality, timelines, and compliance standards are met
* Collaborate with local factory teams and UK-based stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement across sourcing and operations

Skills & Experience:

* Minimum 5 years’ experience based in Morocco
* Proven knowledge of the UK high street/retail market
* Strong leadership and operational management skills
* Fluent English (essential)
* French or Arabic (beneficial)
* Willingness to travel and be based full-time in Morocco
