Senior Manager Digital Transformation

Hybrid: 3 days at the office per week

Travelling 50% of the time

Role Responsibilities


* The role brings end-to-end leadership across scoping, planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring the successful rollout of key digital capabilities, positioning them with internal and external stakeholders. across the Region and its various markets.
* In parallel, the role will contribute to revenue and market growth through strategic sales enablement, supporting go-to-market planning, opportunity shaping,
* Owning and driving digital revenue growth, customer acquisition, and usage. Identify opportunities for market penetration and monetization through digital channels and digital solutions.
* The role encompasses a combination of business and technical knowledge: must understand how the digital products for the payments industry work and latest digital technology in order to identify opportunities for product development and partnerships.
* Has an understanding of the company's value delivery chain with the customer in mind and is able to build efficiency and effectiveness across the organization while defining and executing a digital roadmap for the region.
* Education: Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or closely related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.

Role Requirements


* 10+ years of experience in business development, product, or project management in digital transformation
* Or a combination of the below:
* 5+ years of experience in digital consumer financial services
* 5+ years of working with a geographically dispersed team of leaders and stakeholders.
* 3+ years of experience with digital sales enablement or commercial strategy, ideally within the remittance or broader digital financial services space.
* French and English fluency - Arabic is a plus
