s part of our ongoing DevOps transformation, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven DevOps Team Leader to drive innovation, streamline delivery processes, and ensure infrastructure reliability across environments.

In this key role, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in automation, monitoring, and operational excellence. You’ll play a hands-on role in building robust CI/CD pipelines, improving system performance, and managing critical deployments.

Your Main Responsibilities

* Build and Maintain CI/CD Pipeline
* Lead the Team of DevOps Engineers
* Setup Monitoring and alerting within existing tools
* Working with external teams to perform activities
* Manage Access Requests
* Create documentation for any work performed
* Troubleshoot issues with CI/CD pipeline
* Work on Releases and Deployments
* Production and Non-Production Support.

Compétences et expérience requises

Must-Have

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* High aptitude for understanding complex information systems technology
* Proven Experience in Leading DevOps Teams
* Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development using Gitlab, Jenkins, and ArgoCD. As well as Kubernetes experience
* Advanced skills in Troubleshooting CI/CD issues as well as application issues
* Hands-on experience in monitoring using tools like Prometheus, jaeger and Grafana.

Other Skills/Nice To Have

* Strong team player with; ability to facilitate, negotiate, and work within a multi-domain team environment
* Strong background in security best practices
* Strong communication skills
* Background in programming is an asset
* Strong Script Skills Python, Bash, and Powershell for automation.
