Role and Responsibilities

1. Implement Datadog for customers or assist customer engineers to implement Datadog online.
2. Provide Datadog technical support via Slack, Teams, or online meetings.
3. Perform comprehensive Datadog usage scanning for customers and produce optimization recommendation reports.
4. Create dashboards and alerts for customers.
5. Crafting Datadog strategies for customers.
6. Establish an internal knowledge base for use.

Technical Skills:

1. Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic or others monitoring tools is a plus.
2. Proficient in any of AWS, Azure, GCP with over 2 years of experience.
3. Basic knowledge of software development; over 1 year of experience is a plus.
4. Over 1 year of experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
5. Familiar with command line interface (CLI).
6. Basic understanding of networking.
7. Experience in database management is a plus.
8. Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on DevOps experience required.
2. Fluent in French and proficient in spoken English.
3. Excellent listening and communication skills.
4. A customer-oriented approach.
5. Strong self-management skills are essential.
6. Commitment to execute tasks with precision.
