Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Consultant based in Casablanca, Morocco. The Senior Consultant will play a key role in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for clients, as well as providing expert guidance on cloud infrastructure, data management, and IT operations. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering strategic recommendations, troubleshooting system issues, and providing training to customers and internal teams. While some work-from-home flexibility is available, candidates must also be prepared to work on-site as required.

Qualifications

* Cloud Solutions Design, Cloud Infrastructure, and Backup & Disaster Recovery expertise
* Experience with Managed IT Services, Web Hosting, and Email/GSuite Solutions
* Skills in troubleshooting, system optimization, and server management (e.g., cPanel/Plesk)
* Strong client communication and project management skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing on-site presence with remote work
* Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or IT systems are a plus
* Experience with Data Center Services or Colocation Services is an advantage
