As a key enabler of our digital transformation, the Scrum Master guides cross-functional teams in adopting Agile best practices to deliver high-value solutions. You'll serve as a catalyst for change, optimizing workflows while respecting our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with POs, RTEs, and stakeholders to align priorities and organize work.
* Support project timelines and scope.
* Empower teams to self-organize and deliver their product.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives) and contribute to PI Planning.
* Drive continuous improvement in sprint execution and product delivery (build, run, support, quality).
* Ensure adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework.
* Assist the PO with backlog refinement, roadmap communication, and backlog management.
* Track KPIs and improve team performance.
* Remove blockers and coach teams to resolve challenges.
* Escalate issues/delays to RTE, PO, and Product Manager.
* Ensure accurate estimations and realistic planning based on team capacity.

Technical Requirements

Bachelor's/master’s in computer science or related field

Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) mandatory

SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) Or Other Agile Certification Preferred

Project management certifications (e.g., Hermes, Prince2, PMI, IPMA) are a plus.

Proficiency in English (spoken/written) required; French understanding acceptable.

Experience

* 3-5 years proven experience as a Scrum Master
* Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps and ITIL frameworks
* Experience managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore model)
* Knowledge of Data Management practices is a plus.
