Location: Tangier, Morocco

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in Africa, based in Tangier, Morocco. The ideal candidate will have strong team management and sales closing skills. This role involves managing a team of sales representatives and driving sales performance to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and lead a team of sales representatives
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships
* Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets
* Provide training and support to the sales team
* Prepare regular sales reports for senior management

Requirements:

* Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (Requirement)
* Strong team management and sales closing skills
* Proven track record in sales management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must reside in the Tangier area (we do not consider applicants willing to relocate)

Compensation Package:

* Base salary plus commissions
