Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Agent Salesperson primarily based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area. However, the role requires high mobility as the salesperson must travel extensively to meet and service clients across a larger geographical scope. The Salesperson will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying sales opportunities across the company's different business units within the local market. Key responsibilities include developing customized solutions for clients, negotiating contracts, analyzing sales data, providing exceptional post-sales support, and collaborating with the wider team to align with strategic goals. In this role, the salesperson will report directly to the Sales Manager.


Qualifications

5+ years of e

* xperience in Sales and customer relationship management
* Market research and analytical skills to assess market trends and develop sales strategies
* Strong communication and presentation skills for delivering impactful sales presentations and proposals
* Organizational skills for managing multiple clients, contracts, and deadlines
* Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Industry experience is optional
* P

roficiency in Arabic, Berber, English, and French

Given the high-mobility nature of the role, a valid driver's license and the willingness to travel extensively are mandatory
