Main Responsibilities:
* Develop sales of the home appliances product range (major and small domestic appliances) with distributors, retailers, and both modern and traditional trade channels.
* Implement the company’s commercial strategy within the assigned area.
* Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio while identifying new business opportunities.
* Negotiate commercial conditions, volumes, promotional plans, and in-store visibility actions.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and propose corrective actions when needed.
* Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure strong brand visibility and proper product positioning (merchandising, POS materials, promotions).
* Conduct regular market visits to ensure product presence and gather market feedback.
* Carry out competitive intelligence and report market information (pricing, new product launches, promotional activities, etc.).
* Support and train in-store sales promoters and participate in promotional events or campaigns.
Profile:
* Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience: 2–4 years of experience in sales within the home appliances or FMCG sector.
* Skills:
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Good knowledge of the home appliances market and distribution networks.
* Result-oriented, autonomous, and proactive.
* Analytical skills and the ability to define effective action plans.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally in ERP systems (SAP, etc.).
* Languages: Fluent in French and English
