Job Overview:


As a Sales Representative at Samskip in Morocco, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and promoting the company’s logistics solutions - mainly the Moroccan service but as well the connections within our extensive European network. You will work closely with customer service and operations teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, while meeting or exceeding sales targets. A deep understanding of the Moroccan logistics market, import/export procedures, and supply chain solutions is essential.


Key Responsibilities:


* Identify potential clients and generate new business leads within the Moroccan logistics market.
* Promote and sell our new Moroccan service to UK and the Netherlands to clients across various industries.
* Develop tailored logistics solutions based on client needs.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
* Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities.

Collaborate with customer service and operations teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.


Qualifications:


* Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field.
* Proven sales experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation services.
* Strong knowledge of the Moroccan logistics and trade environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to travel across regions as needed.
* Fluency in French and Arabic is required; proficiency in English is necessary.
