What You Will Be Doing At Arrow

The Sales Operations Associate supports the sales team by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. The role serves as a key link between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process from order placement through delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Processing customer purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reviewing orders for pricing, quantities, shipping details, and product information.

• Entering and managing orders in the ERP system.

• Communicating with customers regarding order status, deliveries, invoices, and returns.

• Coordinating with internal departments such as Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and suppliers.

• Monitoring open orders (backlog) and following up to ensure delivery timely.

• Resolving order discrepancies, invoice issues, and shipping problems.

• Maintaining accurate customer and order records.

• Supporting quotation and order management activities when required.

• Delivering excellent customer service while ensuring company procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Previous experience (around 2 years) in customer service, sales support, order management, administration, or a related field.
