Job Summary:

To support the Sales Operations team by providing data-driven insights, managing S&OP processes, and enhancing collaboration across departments. This role is designed to bring stronger analytical capabilities aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

Responsibility:

Data Management & Analysis

Collect and consolidate data from multiple systems (e.g., GERP, GDMI, SCM Dashboard, Plantopia).

Clean and verify data accuracy in collaboration with relevant teams.

Analyze data using statistical methods to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.

Evaluate promotion impact versus planned performance.

Build historical market trend reports versus SPGM performance.

Reporting & Communication

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Monitor sell-out performance and provide actionable insights.

Conduct presentations and meetings to communicate findings and recommendations.

Support S&OP meeting preparation and follow-up.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, SCM, Finance, and other departments to resolve operational issues.

Align data and reporting practices with MD’s strategic requirements.

Support CN creation and follow-up processes in coordination with Sales OP Managers and PDs.

Scope of Forecasting: Model-level planning across multiple channels and accounts.Collaboration: Cross-functional coordination with PM, Sales, Sales Operations, and Logistics.Systems Used: GDMi, Microsoft Excel, internal PSI tools.Impact: Direct influence on inventory health, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Experience: 3_4 years above

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field..

Language: English, French, Arabic

Skill Requirement:

•Proficiency in Excel and other data visualization tools.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•Familiarity with S&OP processes and sales performance metrics.
